Our state-of-the-art office
Our office is located in the heart of Warsaw, on the 7th floor of Warsaw Spire tower. Side fact: with its 220 m, Warsaw Spire is the second tallest building in Warsaw and therefore the second tallest building in Poland. Our office space differs strongly from your usual Tech-Dev hub: an open floor plan and flexible desk policy enhance our out of the box approaches.
Our philosophy
The staff of the 360 Code Lab has the opportunity to focus on essentials, namely the development of creative and innovative technological solutions together – as a big family. We firmly believe that everyone is able to perform their best, when they are feeling their best. Every member of the 360 Code Lab team, has a true impact on the development of products and takes an active part in shaping the company. Fixed workplaces with paper-overloaded desks that inhibit employee creativity cannot be found in the 360 Code Lab. Instead, the office relies on an open-space culture and a clean-desk policy. Need a break from the coding tunnel? Go for a game of Fifa, table soccer or ping pong, or grab a cup of coffee and relax in our "camping area".
