Expanded B2B Commerce Capabilities
We expanded key capabilities across B2B commerce to make it easier for enterprises to sell, serve, and operate at scale. The enhancements simplify how customers navigate complex catalogs including spare parts and models, streamline merchant and marketplace workflows, improve data quality and transparency, and give buyers more flexibility, reducing errors and accelerating day-to-day operations.
Asset-Based Catalog
Helps customers find spare parts and components linked to specific machines or equipment.
Asset Compatibility Check
Ensures only compatible products are shown for a given asset, reducing service friction.
Models
Models allow teams to group similar assets and connect them to relevant parts or products, simplifying catalog management across large equipment fleets.
Relations Across Asset, Models & Parts
Creates a consistent structure for connecting assets, components, and compatibility logic.
Merchant Self-Registration
Enables merchants to register themselves through a simple storefront form, reducing onboarding friction and accelerating marketplace expansion.
File-Based Offer Import (Merchant Portal)
Merchants can upload product offers via CSV directly in the Merchant Portal, streamlining catalog updates and reducing operator workload.
Marketplace Support for Service Products
Enables merchants to offer service products in multi-seller environments.
Agent Assist - Order Submission Visibility
Agents acting on behalf of customers can now be identified in order history, increasing transparency and improving service coordination.
Product Health-Check Status Page
A new back-office status page highlights incomplete or missing product information, helping teams prevent catalog errors and reduce revenue-impacting data issues.
Order Amendment for B2B
Our order amendment capability is now fully supported for B2B scenarios, allowing buyers to adjust orders after submission while maintaining operational control and compliance.
AI Update
Spryker AI: Built for Real Enterprise Commerce
introduced a unified AI layer that simplifies how AI-powered capabilities are built and extended within Spryker commerce solutions. With the new AI Foundation and AI Dev SDK, teams gain consistent integration patterns, provider flexibility, and ready-to-use tooling that accelerates AI development while reducing operational effort. This release also includes updates to our AI-assisted product content capabilities in the Backoffice, now powered by the same unified foundation for greater consistency and easier extensibility.
