THE ROLE
Reporting to our Head of Learning Enablement, Svitlana Kulynych, as the Learning Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of enablement initiatives across internal, customer, and partner audiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, oversee content development, and ensure seamless delivery of learning programs that drive measurable impact.

YOU WILL
Enablement Projects & Stakeholder Ownership
- Prioritize & Scope: Partner with the Head of LX (HoLX) to define project scope, target audiences, prioritization, objectives, metrics, and success criteria.
- Own the Full Lifecycle: Lead enablement projects from initial needs assessment through deployment, reporting, and post-launch improvement across all target groups—internal employees, customers, and partners.
- Partner with SMEs: Act as the primary liaison for Product, Engineering, and GTM SMEs, helping them translate complex PaaS/eCommerce topics into clear, targeted learning assets using Spryker’s AI-powered learning platform.
Execution & Content Capabilities
- Content Ownership Across Platforms: Manage and optimize enablement content across Spryker’s AI learning platform (Sana.ai) and portals hosted on HubSpot to ensure smooth and efficient user journeys.
- Produce Learning Materials: Create diverse learning content, design communication flows, and drive engagement so that the right audiences receive the right materials at the right time.
- Curate & Govern Content: Serve as a consultant to SMEs, ensuring content consistency, maintaining quality standards, and owning the lifecycle framework to keep assets current and effective.
- Leverage AI: Use the content creation capabilities within Spryker’s AI learning platform and additional AI tools to scale content production and enhance efficiency.
- Translate Complexity: Simplify technical or product-heavy topics into clear, accessible learning experiences suitable for varied audiences.
WHAT YOU NEED
Program Management & Enablement Delivery
- 3+ years of experience delivering enablement programs or learning projects for at least two key audiences (Sales/Employees, Customers, Partners), ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
- Proven ability to manage the full enablement project lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong drive to learn new technologies and solve business challenges through learning.
- A background in communications is a plus.
Instructional Design & Technical Translation
- Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles, Adult Learning Theory, and Knowledge Management practices.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Product and Engineering SMEs to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to coach non-learning SMEs through content creation and structural design.
- Experience developing and managing feedback loops and content maintenance frameworks.
Technology Fluency & Adaptability
- Fluency in the modern learning technology ecosystem with a continuous drive for efficiency through AI.
Knowledge of how to strategically apply AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Descript, Sana Labs) for content drafting, synthesis, research, and project execution. - Familiarity with LXP/LMS platforms (experience with Sana Labs is a strong advantage) and secondary platforms such as HubSpot and Confluence.
- High adaptability and motivation to stay current with emerging tools and quickly integrate new technologies into daily workflows.
