Frank Thelen

Frank Thelen is a European serial founder, technology investor and TV personality. Since 1994, he has founded and managed technology and design-driven companies. In his role as the founder and CEO of Freigeist Capital, he focuses on early-phase investments. His products have reached over 100 million customers in over 60 countries. Frank was the first investor in startups like Lilium Aviation, Wunderlist, xentral, Smartlane, Ankerkraut and YFood.

Marco Boerries

Marco Boerries is a German entrepreneur with a passion for making ideas work. enfore is his fourth start-up and was founded in 2009 as NumberFour AG. He founded his first company Star Division, inspired by a Silicon Valley school exchange, as a 16-year-old back in 1985. The company created the popular office suite StarOffice and later OpenOffice.org. Star Division was sold to Sun Microsystems in 1999 and Marco stayed on as Vice President.

He started his second company Star Finanz as a joint-venture with the Deutsche Sparkassen Organisation in 1996, to re-invent online banking with StarMoney – that became the leading product in Germany. Marco sold his share in StarFinanz to his joint venture partners in 2001.
