Spryker Project Plan example

The following table is an anonymized schedule of a real Spryker project. It is a program with a B2B manufacturer that already had an existing e-commerce solution. In the course of replatforming, the order management was replaced, and various integrations were built, e.g. with Salesforce CRM. The new store was rolled out internationally.
