Spryker established its Customer Advisory Board (CAB) with the goal of involving its existing customers in product development through sharing and exploration. Together with the members of the board, Spryker aims to get additional strategic input to identify new market and product opportunities to replicate existing customer success.

The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) represents the diverse Spryker customer base in a single snapshot. The members provide business and technical insights from their daily challenges while working to achieve their digital commerce goals. Spryker’s customer base is defined by numerous sophisticated business models including B2C, B2B & marketplaces in various industries from manufacturing and healthcare to automotive, consumer products and more.

  • Michael Schlitzkus | Global IT Portfolio Strategist, Siemens Healthineers

    Michael is currently leading multiple IT projects regards digital enabled services and thus shaping the digital transformation at Siemens Healthineers. Starting in Airline & Car Rental Revenue Management, he became a proven professional Pricing Leader.

    His profession led him further through industries such as Retail, Car After-Market and Medtec/Manufacturing, building up experience in Strategic Pricing, Omni-Channel Selling & Building Commercial Excellence in medium-size to worldwide corporates in B2C & B2B. Being a digital enthusiast, he is involved in digital commerce since 10 years helping companies & customers to connect and building long-term buyer relationships.

  • Günther Kapfer | Head of Digital Transformation & E-Commerce, Haberkorn; Managing Director, Fluidify

    Responsible for Digital Transformation & E-Commerce at Haberkorn since 2015 and working on a great E-Commerce experience for B2B customers. That’s also why Fluidify was founded in 2020. Never satisfied with the status quo, there is always the next step to take.

    Fascinated by technology since starting in IT more than 30 years ago.
    Experienced change and shaped change during this time, but on one point my opinion has never changed: Technology is never the end in itself. The key question is always: what can I do with it?

  • Maximilian Mauthe | Director of Product, New Flag GmbH

    After my Business studies at IE in Madrid, I began working in Product Management at Rocket Internet in Berlin. After 3 years in the Start-Up world, I led the digital transformation efforts for Akelius, a globally active Swedish real estate player, digitalizing the company’s construction projects.
    Following this, I started my current position as Director of Product for New Flag, the leading company in beauty distribution and brand building, active in 80 countries with over 70 high profile brands. Here, I oversee the online landscape with +20 B2C and 5 B2B Shops and many more on the horizon.

  • Jochen Schoch | Head of IT Portals and E-Commerce Solutions, ZF Friedrichshafen AG

    I started my career back in 2007 at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Over the last 15 years I held various positions within our IT organization. All started with leading ERP projects for our Aftermarket Division and turned into a passion for E-Commerce, where we started over 10 years ago with the global rollout of our E-Commerce strategy and digitalized customer interactions.
    After a couple of acquisitions, we decided to reinvent our customer experience to be more flexible, faster and modern. Today, my teams and our business partners are working in product teams to deliver best-in-class customer commerce platforms built on Spryker.

  • Fabian Koelliker | Head of Marketing, SWISS KRONO Group

    A passion for wood and the love of nature – two attributes that spin the common thread in Fabian Kölliker’s life. After his apprenticeship as a carpenter, curiosity brought the Swiss born down-to-earth guy to Shanghai, not only to get to know the country and its people, but also to gain his first experience as a project manager on an international level, at the Expo 2010.

    He then seamlessly moved on to Smith and Nephew as Conventions Europe Account Manager, before working at RUAG-Aviation at various levels from 2013 to 2017. Along the way Fabian Kölliker (perseverent and always in action!) successfully completed his Master of Project Management studies at the HWZ in Zurich to underline practical know-how with academic knowledge. By joining the SWISS KRONO Group as Head of Marketing, his connection to wood has now come full circle.

  • Martin Kousek | Bereichsleiter Organisation und eCommerce, Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG

    Martin Kousek took over responsibility to build up the new Spryker Platform as basis for a new portal for Meusburger in 2020. Responsible since 2008 for different complex B2B web platforms, he built up several platform generations for an international company and is using the experience to build the Meusburger portal from the get go as a complex fully integrated Spryker based B2B customer portal.

    Martin started his first web 2.0 start-up with some colleagues, while still studying communication design. After getting his degree, he started also a design and web agency, which concentrated on small and middle-sized companies in the region.

  • Stefan Hammerl | Head of Corporate IT, Pfeifer Group

    In my current role, I am responsible for the digital transformation and the information & technology strategy at the Pfeifer Group. Together with my almost 40 colleagues, we try to standardize business processes to ensure the success of our company. The expansion of our digital customer platform is the most important measure to get closer to our customers.
