Marketplaces: Driving Revenue Growth and Operational Efficiency at Scale

Marketplaces have become a critical driver of growth and operational efficiency for companies across sectors. Whether in retail, manufacturing, or B2B services, businesses are increasingly leveraging marketplace models to connect with customers, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue streams. Spryker is positioned to empower organizations to take advantage of these marketplace opportunities at scale.

For example, KoçZer’s ZERGO, Turkey’s first B2B marketplace for supply chain management,  leveraged Spryker’s Enterprise Marketplace platform to unlock a new revenue stream, expand into new markets, and fortify KocZer’s market position. Additionally, during Spryker EXCITE 2024, we introduced several new marketplace innovations designed to accelerate sales, increase customer loyalty, and drive efficiency, such as:

  • Spryker’s Marketplace Commissions Engine: Simplifies monetization by automating commission management, ensuring accurate invoicing and payouts.
  • Stripe ACP App for Marketplace: Accelerates merchant onboarding and payments, enabling seamless setup and split payment functionalities.
  • Spryker’s Agent Assist in Merchant Portal: Offers tailored support to marketplace operators, helping them onboard new sellers and streamline the overall marketplace experience.

These innovations make it easier for businesses in any industry to optimize operations, boost sales, and create seamless customer experiences through the marketplace model.
