How Does the Spryker Customer Advisory Board Work?

Spryker’s customer base is defined by numerous sophisticated business models including B2C, B2B & marketplaces in various industries from manufacturing, healthcare, to automotive & consumer products. The Spryker CAB represents the Spryker customer base in a single snapshot. Members engage in open and honest discussions about product usage, industry trends, business and technical insights and their digital commerce goals in a no-pressure environment. Each member commits to a board position for 12 months, coming together on a regular basis in workshops and ideation sprints.

The Spryker Customer Advisory Board plays a crucial role in allowing Spryker teams to actively engage with and understand its customers’ priorities. Every team at Spryker is excited to collaborate closely with the Spryker CAB and apply their insights to drive product development and customer success. Together with the rest of the Product team, Elena Leonova believes this close collaboration is vital in achieving greater customer success.

As a VP of Product, I am constantly fueled by the excitement of listening to customer feedback and incorporating it into our Product Roadmap. Our Customer Advisory Board is a strategic investment that allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and pain points. We value these sessions greatly as it helps us to constantly innovate and improve our products to ultimately deliver the best experience for our valued customers.

Why is This Great for ALL Spryker Customers?

The mission of the Spryker Customer Advisory Board is to help improve Spryker products and services for all customers, not just for the companies they work for. They are a diverse group of commerce companies, representing a wide range of business models, industries, countries, and revenue brackets.

Through insights and feedback from the CAB, Spryker can work towards improving its products and services for all customers. The hope for this year’s board is to form a collaborative and engaged team in order to achieve some concrete changes in 2023. However, there is a yearly selection round for a new board in order to ensure a diverse range of input and feedback.
